THOR Poletest® Showcases Game-Changing Pole Testing Tech at EEA 2025 and T&D World Live
Last month, the THOR Poletest® team had the privilege of exhibiting at two major industry events—EEA Conference 2025 in Christchurch, New Zealand, and T&D World Live in Phoenix, Arizona.
At the EEA Conference, New Zealand’s largest collaborative forum for electricity engineers, we connected with key industry stakeholders at Stand 141. Our team demonstrated how THOR’s non-destructive testing (NDT) solution empowers engineers to obtain objective, repeatable pole condition data in under 60 seconds, without compromising pole integrity. With growing pressure on networks to enhance safety and resilience, our technology continues to resonate with utilities seeking smarter, data-driven asset strategies.
Meanwhile, in Phoenix, the T&D World Live audience experienced THOR Poletest hands-on at Booth 316. Our rugged field-testing kit and cloud-based analytics portal offered a live look into the future of utility pole assessment, highlighting how field teams can rapidly collect reliable data to inform maintenance, replacement, and budget planning decisions.
Both events reinforced the urgent industry need for fast, auditable, and scalable solutions in wood pole asset management. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this shift, enabling utilities to move beyond guesswork with confidence and clarity.
